The journey takes you through the heart of the country, passing by Grahovo, a place of great historical significance, and Nikšić, the second-largest city in Montenegro. Continuing through Šavnik, we arrive in Žabljak, the highest town in the Balkans and the center of mountain tourism in Montenegro.
At the foot of the magnificent Durmitor mountain massif, which rises to 2,523 meters above sea level, lies the famous Black Lake, one of Montenegro’s most beautiful natural landmarks. Free time is provided for walking, taking photographs, and enjoying the unique atmosphere of Durmitor National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After relaxing by the lake, lunch will be served at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to one of the most iconic landmarks of northern Montenegro – the Tara Bridge. From here, you can admire spectacular views of the Tara River Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe and one of the most impressive natural wonders of the region.
